Abstract

I. Eligibility and Topics

Eligibility:

Submissions are welcome from experts, physicians, radiologic technologists, nurses, and professionals in related fields worldwide.

Topics:

• Interesting Cases
• Complications
• Original Paper
• Special Care

II. Accepted Abstract Incentive

Registration Fee Waiver:

The first author or presenting author of an abstract accepted by the Review Committee will be granted a full waiver of the registration fee for this conference.

Presentation Opportunity:

Accepted abstracts will be invited for presentation at the conference in the form of Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation and will be included in the official conference program book.

III. Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be written in English.

Format:

Word count: 300–500 words

The abstract must include the following sections:

• Title
• Author Affiliation(s)
• Background
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Originality:

Submitted abstracts must present original research and must not have been presented at any other major international academic conference, nor published in any journal.

IV. Important Dates

• Abstract submission deadline: April 5, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: March 16, 2026
• Check-in / Registration confirmation deadline: March 20, 2026
• Presenters of accepted abstracts must confirm attendance by March 20, 2026.

V. Review Process

All submitted abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by international experts invited by the organizer.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Innovation: 30%
• Scientific / Practical Significance: 40%
• Completeness: 30%

VI. Notes

Each accepted abstract is eligible for one registration fee waiver for the first or presenting author only. Co-authors or accompanying participants must register and pay the applicable fee.

The Conference reserves the right to make the final decision on abstract acceptance and program changes.
